Wishful Wednesday 27

Tiga buku terakhir yang gue baca setting-nya ada di Eropa, dua buku berada di Paris, yang ketiga tokohnya sempat jalan-jalan ke Amsterdam. Alhasil, gue jadi browsing-browsing, ngeliat foto-foto tempat yang disebutin di buku-buku tersebut.

Karena itu juga, pilihan gue untuk Wishful Wednesday 27 ini adalah The Prague Cemetery karangan Umberto Eco. Tampaknya sih termasuk buku yang ‘berat’. Tapi judulnya yang rada-rada ‘spooky’ ini, membuat gue ingin ‘berjalan-jalan’ lagi ke belahan lain di benua Eropa.

Ini dia sinopsisnya:

Except for one detail. Apart from the protagonist, all of the characters in this novel existed and did what they did. The protagonist also does things that actually happened, except that many of these things were likely done by different people. But who knows—when you are dealing with secret services, double agents, traitorous officials and sinning priests, anything can happen. And does
